老師,您好,我在學習用ansys體生熱率熱源做t型鋼板的溫度場和應(yīng)力場的分析,用的是一篇博士論文里的數(shù)據(jù),工況是兩層焊縫,第一層焊接速度為0.01m/s,第二層為0.005m/s,中間間隔10s,焊后冷卻1800s,算出來的溫度場結(jié)果有問題。
主要的問題就是兩層焊縫的第一個荷載步和最后一個荷載步對應(yīng)的溫度會升高,而且兩層焊縫的溫度不一樣。第一層兩端為3000度左右,中間的荷載步為2000度,第二層兩端為1800度,中間為1600度左右,而論文里都是1880左右。
