通知公告 : 關(guān)于開(kāi)展2022年博士后國(guó)(境)外交流項(xiàng)目申報(bào)工作的通知 https://www.chinapostdoctor.org. ... 6-bc8b-af94c434c4fb “中德博士后交流項(xiàng)目”由全國(guó)博士后管委會(huì)辦公室與德國(guó)亥姆霍茲聯(lián)合會(huì)合作實(shí)施,每年選派新近獲得博士學(xué)位的優(yōu)秀青年科研人員赴德國(guó)亥姆霍茲聯(lián)合會(huì)下屬的研究所開(kāi)展博士后研究工作,為期2年。 中德博士后項(xiàng)目的待遇優(yōu)厚。中方將一次性資助每人30萬(wàn)元人民幣,德方接收單位還將在此基礎(chǔ)上按月資助每人1500歐元。資助經(jīng)費(fèi)可用于支付獲選人員生活津貼、健康和意外傷害保險(xiǎn)和差旅費(fèi)用。 2022年計(jì)劃資助30人。 申請(qǐng)資格: 1 年齡不超過(guò)35周歲,政治素養(yǎng)良好,思想品德端正,身體健康。 2 申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)為在站博士后研究人員,或未進(jìn)站的今年上半年可畢業(yè)的應(yīng)屆博士畢業(yè)生和在職教學(xué)科研人員(一般應(yīng)博士畢業(yè)3年以內(nèi))。申請(qǐng)人可以在國(guó)內(nèi)或國(guó)外投遞申請(qǐng)。 3 在站博士后研究人員申報(bào)須經(jīng)設(shè)站單位和合作導(dǎo)師同意;未進(jìn)站的申請(qǐng)人須在選擇國(guó)內(nèi)數(shù)千家博士后流動(dòng)站、設(shè)站單位中,選擇有本人專業(yè)方向的單位申報(bào),先行申報(bào),獲選后再辦理博士后進(jìn)站手續(xù);在職身份的博士后研究人員還須其人事關(guān)系所在單位同意。 4 具備良好的英語(yǔ)或德語(yǔ)能力。 5 能保證全職在德國(guó)工作至少20個(gè)月。 6 符合德方提供的博士后研究人員崗位需求和申報(bào)要求。 7 此前未獲得過(guò)博士后國(guó)(境)外交流項(xiàng)目或博士后創(chuàng)新人才支持計(jì)劃資助。 申請(qǐng)人入選后,需在該依托單位辦理博士后入站手續(xù)并派到德國(guó)亥姆霍茲聯(lián)合會(huì)錄取團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行兩年期的博士后科研工作。根據(jù)協(xié)議,在雙方有需要的情況下,項(xiàng)目可以延期一年。 德國(guó)亥姆霍茲聯(lián)合會(huì)(helmholtz association of german research centres)是德國(guó)最大的科學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu),旗下有18個(gè)研究中心。亥姆霍茲聯(lián)合會(huì)的研究側(cè)重于人類社會(huì)發(fā)展、科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步和經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力等方面,包括環(huán)境、能源、信息技術(shù)、健康、生命、預(yù)防自然災(zāi)害以及空間科學(xué)等。為進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)與中國(guó)的合作,亥姆霍茲聯(lián)合會(huì)2003年在中國(guó)成立了北京代表處。 都是先申請(qǐng)國(guó)博辦的資助。如果拿到資助,才需要辦理入站手續(xù),隨即派出國(guó)門工作兩年,身份是國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)外的博士后。 如果沒(méi)有通過(guò),因?yàn)闆](méi)有資助,自然也并不被要求入站。國(guó)內(nèi)入站博士后很重要的一條是要有“合作導(dǎo)師”,即要有人(大老板)保證有科研經(jīng)費(fèi)和個(gè)人待遇。 而如果出國(guó)項(xiàng)目不能入選,則屬于沒(méi)有經(jīng)費(fèi),自然也就不能錄取為國(guó)內(nèi)的博士后。 當(dāng)然,國(guó)內(nèi)博士后也有待遇非常高的情況,象南方城市,國(guó)內(nèi)博士后的字面待遇已經(jīng)超過(guò)出國(guó)項(xiàng)目的崗位了。 |

抱歉,沒(méi)有及時(shí)回復(fù)。 之所以最后只能錄取30人,是因?yàn)橹蟹街挥?0份年度的30萬(wàn)項(xiàng)目撥款。 這樣,不論德方的專家面試和錄取多少人,最后實(shí)際能夠的聯(lián)合資助的博士后,不能超過(guò)30人。 申請(qǐng)階段,各個(gè)崗位都是放開(kāi)申請(qǐng)的; 但過(guò)去的經(jīng)驗(yàn),也就實(shí)際收到不足70位申請(qǐng)人的材料,而且申請(qǐng)的崗位有交叉重疊。因?yàn)閷I(yè)方向都很窄,所以方向吻合的人,通過(guò)率是很高的。 |
