求問海外博后的郵件里寫的waiver for non-recruitment是什么意思？ 已有1人參與

| 今年7月博士畢業(yè)，去RIce University博后，3月拿到了導(dǎo)師發(fā)的informal offer同時向?qū)W校申請走流程，上周收到行政人員的郵件寫了如下內(nèi)容：“The posting has been sent to EEO for review since we are requesting a waiver for non-recruitment. If approved either today or tomorrow, we should be able to push the hiring proposal through by the end of the week.”。這周收到了學(xué)校的HR的郵件：“Dear Applicant Reviewer, Your position for Postdoctoral Scholar has been posted for non-recruitment. Please send the link below to the candidate in order to complete the online application and attach any required documents. Please be sure that the candidate submits documentation, either on the application's education and job history sections, or via a resume to show that they successfully meet the requirements for the position.”想請問大家a waiver for non-recruitment以及non-recruitment是什么意思？為什么不是recruitment呢？這個是否與導(dǎo)師要給我申請H1-B簽證有關(guān)？謝謝！ |
